Hi I'm 31. I have a mixed eating disorder (ednos), but I mainly binge eat. I am in the process of getting my BS in Health & Wellness to help others like myself who are in the process of recovery. I don't have it down yet, but I'm hoping that seeing the numbers in front of me (I am a visual learner) will help some. I also plan on keeping track of my moods, victories, and set backs. Look forward to meeting others as we tackle this together.
