Hi I'm Sandy and I am 45 and married and we have 7 kids total from ages 4 to 21. I am here to lose weight. I had been stuck in this cycle for FIVE years! After losing 100 lbs and then regaining it after me and my hubby started having married problems and things just went down hill from there. My hubby got diabetes and then major depression. It was so bad he wanted to end it all. He tried a couple of times and was put into a hospital. I felt so loss cause I couldn't help him.I started getting depression and was eating to deal with my pain.
I just could not get myself back on track for all means. So tired of doing it over and over, so tired of failing, so tired of I will start tomorrow, or next week, or next month.
I was doing great when I last the 100 lbs. I was exercising 5 times a week and then got injured and hurt my knee. So I just gave up. Finally on June 27 my hubby join me up with Weight Watchers online. because I wasn't going anywhere on my own. It made me feel worse, the sense of failure, guilt, shame was so ingrained. And then.He said I believe in you and know you can do it again. I said to my husband thank you for joining me up and believing in me.when I didn't. I could solve this once and for all. And Weight Watchers is the best plan for me he said.Since I started I went from 228 down to 222.8 and the good thing is I can eat what ever I want just keep it within my daily points.

Trying to quit smoking
Well I'm on 2 days of using the Electric cigarettes. It sure is different from regular cigarettes But I don't find myself smoking too much since I been using the electric ones. I figure I try them first and see. As for weight well I gain 2 lbs this week. I think it could be from trying to quit lol.
Other then that things are going okay. I been tracking my foods and drinking water and walking.Hope everyone else been doing good?

Hello
Well since I started I have lost 3 lbs so far. Yesterday was my 46 birthday and I figure I went over but I weight myself this morning and I ended up losing weight. Today I am sticking to a plan and going to watch what I eat and drink. I will also be more active to by walking. I know I can do this one day at a timeSmile
