I am a 21 year old grad student and I am finished with being fat! I have been given the perfect opportunity to change my eating and exercise habits, as I am in a new city and am living completely on my own (no boyfriend, no family, no housemates). I love playing hockey,going to the gym and just being outdoors and I know I will enjoy them even more if I can meet my fat loss goal.

I have suffered from really severe depression over the past few years and have come to realize that the triggers have been how hard I am on myself. I would get upset and then binge eat, which would always be followed by another pity party over how much I hated myself and my body, which always led to more eating! I am now working to end this cycle and although I'm sure there will be a few small relapses, I am mentally prepared this time!

I have an incredible boyfriend and family that I want to make proud. This will be my last year in school and I want to come out with an incredible job and a body that I can love! Cheers to a new start! :)
