I am a 54 year old man. I don't feel that old but time passes. I want to get down to 175. I have been out of control lately and need to get back on track. I am married and am raising 5 kids. One is out of the house, one is back home and going to college after being on her own for 8 years, one is 22 and has a job at a local convenience store , I am hoping this helps him to straighten his life out, one is 16, he is a good kid but a teenager and working hard at it, the last but not least is 13 she is autistic and needs a bit of extra care.

I like my life and I love kids, I am back at college doing one or two classes at a time working on a bachelor's degree. I am an assistant scoutmaster of a Boy Scout troop, and a member of the GS so I can take the youngest on her troop outings. I try to find time to take my wife out on a "date" a couple of times a month. I would like to go out more, just the 2 of us, if I had a little more time and money we would.

Well this is me wish me luck.

Swimming workouts
Convert yards to miles and go places. ie.. swim to the east coast then treat yourself to a seafood lunch. Set different goals with different rewards. Start at home or make it a tour. Swim to California then go to a local wine tasting. Have fun with it.
