I am a 41 year old female living in Central PA. I used to weight 140 lbs and then I got hit by a car while riding my bike. I was on my bike training for a big race. The entire event really upset my whole life and I have slowly gained weight. I have not really ridden my bike much on the roads and with all of this, I gained almost 30 lbs.
