I'm a married 50 year old who needs to lose 30 pounds. I have two grown children and two 1 year old grandchildren (seven weeks part!). I work in an office so I'm sitting most of the day. The exercise I like doing is walking during my lunch hour, Zumba, Turbo-kick, and toning classes at the local gym.
