Hi all I am a 46 year old male. I am 5'8" and my start weight was 240lbs. I am my third week of the atkins diet. I have lost 18 pounds so far. It was hard the first couple of week. I still miss my favorite foods( pizza,chips,french fries)but those are the things that got me were I am today. I exercise about 5 to 6 days a week. I feel alot better about my self now and I believe I can stick with this. My goal is to get down to about 175lbs.
