Have been tracking my weight on a different app. Saw PCP on 4/10/13 and weight was 216.5 on their scale at 1400 with clothes on and not fasting. Weight up 17 lbs on that day since 1/31/12 while trying to lose 20 lbs!! F@&$#%*A!!

Saw ortho today. Will probably need surgery. Will do it before I retire. Probably next March. Weight OK. At least I didn't gain! Can still work out. Just not jog and he said to bring down the incline on the treadmill. Had my knee injected.

Just cannot lose anything, no matter what I do. Was up to 206 at one point so I guess I'm happy that I'm at least maintaining. My birthday is coming up and going to a five-star resort in Scottsdale for a week. We'll see how that goes. It does have an exercise room, though. Looking forward to the time off!

Guess I'm just f______ happy that I haven't gained weight!! Try so hard with my eating and workout. Guess I'll just keep on with my healthy diet (basically!) and workout as much as I can.
