almost there!
I am so excited because I need to lose about 2 more pounds to get to my goal weight! I have not seen this number on my scale since I was in my 20s-I am now in my 50s.
I love Shaklee's Cinch plan (rinanorman.myshaklee.com) & this site that has helped me to get the new me. Very Happy

slow but steady
I am feeling a little frustrated because I can't get down to 120 pounds. Maybe 125 is okay for me but I am still fluffy Smile

Anyway, I had my 3rd knee surgery last week since June and can only crutch walk, so no real execise does not help my weight loss issue. Well, have a good week everyone.

Making money helping others
I am starting a group of like minded people who want to make money while losing weight or just maintaining.
The place to go to sign up is at rinanorman.myshaklee.com, then once a week on Saturday mornings we can talk about our progress such as what we did to build our weight loss business or just to get some support from each other. Smile
