Caffeine
Caffeine gets a bad rap. Just like anything it needs to be in moderation, but I'll often take 200-400mg of caffeine pills in the morning before my workout and the difference in what I can accomplish on the treadmill and in the weight room is worth it. Why not use it? As long as I drink lots of water I feel no negative effects or lull afterward either. Try it.

Instant weight gain
She's right, don't worry too much about that spike on the scale. Keep up the good work. I just recently bounced up 9lbs over a bad eating 3 day weekend stint! But it will come right back off over the 3 days or so right after. It is almost entirely water weight.

Supplements
I want to know what everyone supplements with an why... Just a daily vitamin, fish oil or omegas, green tea, caffeine?

I don't think this is a real option as the heat does something to the whey protein. Got to be cold water/skim milk or something. Sorry.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I don't see anything wrong with a daily weigh in, as long as we realize it's going to vary quite a bit and it's the trend that will be most important, not the day to day fluctuations.
