I"m Always Hungry!
During mid afternoon I get so hungry! Fruit, nuts, bars...they are just not satisfying my hunger. It's like my body wants to have dinner at 4pm! Anyone has any suggestion?

IM not sure why i'm not losing weight but i think it's muscle because I'm losing inches. If only can lose 2lbs a wk plus inches!
