Hello fellow members. Just thought I'd introduce myself and let you know how using the app for iPhone has worked wonders for me. I plug in all my intake for the day before I eat anything and stay within the RDI (except for most Fridays). So far, it has worked even with some backsliding. Good luck and best wishes!

Any runners out there??
I run and have for many years, including two marathons, numerous half marathons and 5ks. Eat a normal diet but keep it a bit light the night before. Doing anything different for food can mess you up. And don't drink sugary sports drinks in excess during the run. That's my advice in a nutshell.

is drinking tequila bad? every nite?
I'm with you Lee. I have tried to stick to only one (or two) nights per week where I enjoy a vodka straight or tequila. What has worked for me is to plan my meals in the morning before I eat and enter them using my iPhone. I enter the alcohol and the meals and stay within the recommended daily intake. So far, fairly successful even with the alcohol.

Like a drink?
Wow. I'm not the only one who likes to drink while trying to lose weight. Since I love beer, I just factor it into my RDI and enter truthful numbers in my diary. I don't open my diary because of all the beer entered (sort of embarrassed about it)--but the RDI is working for me.
