Breakfast on the run
I had 3 hard boiled eggs for breakfast. I entered them on my food diary and they have 1.68 carbs each. I thought eggs had no carbs?

Breakfast on the run
I just started induction and I also have very limited time in the morning to get breakfast together. I am going to the store and buying protetin shakes. Hope they taste good. Any suggestions?

Just Started
Day one on the Atkins Diet. Induction has not gone over very well. Have a bad headache and already threw up. Hoping the rest of the day will be better.Doubt
