Sodium/Salt intake HOW MUCH
I learned from a Stossel Report years ago that unless you have high blood pressure, excess salt will not do anything detrimental except make you retain a little water. The anti-salt campaign launched and paid for by the U.S. Gov't years (decades) ago was based on faulty studies but the Gov't had so much $$ invested and so many millions of brochures already printed, they just went with it, figuring "it couldn't hurt". Lol, crazy politicians...

Soreness After Leg Workout
Yes Rita is spot-on. But about 7 mos ago I started drinking a protein shake (~24g of protein) and eat about 45 grams of simple carbs (and 5 grams creatine, optional) immediately after a hard workout, and I NEVER get sore any more. No matter what I put myself through.
