Hi everyone !I'm a 46 year old mother of 2 teenage boys. I've been married for 12 years. I work straight night shift from 6pm to 6 am. I realized that I really have no idea how to eat healthy. I don't like the term "diet" - just want to learn to eat healthy and actually think about what foods I'm putting into my body. Would love to have some buddies to help with support and advise !!
So, my own way is not working !! Been working out and watching calories, however I now believe that Carbs are what holds me back. So starting the Atkins Way March 8, 2013 !!
Mini Goals:
198 lbs by April 1st (The first 10 lbs)
187 lbs by May 10th (David's B-Day)
181 lbs by May 27th (Memorial Day)
175 lbs by June 21st (First day of Summer)
169 lbs by July 4th (Independence Day)
159 lbs by Aug 5th
151 lbs by Sept 2nd (Labor Day)
140 lbs by Oct 1st
Induction should be 65% Fat, 30% Protein, & 5% Net Carbs
