Diurex water pills
I took them before and not only did I constantly go to the bathroom, but it gave me horrible foot and leg cramps, I wouldn't recommend them

It's been a long time, but I need some support. I have tried to go back on Atkins diet this week,but by mid day I'm starving and head is pounding. I know it works though, feeling discouraged! encouragement is needed.Please

You all are right! there are many vegetables to choose from, I know it works, so I need to continue on!

3 long months!
Im back, I have not been on fatsecret for 3 months, I was doing the Atkins Diet and it worked for me completely but I got tired of the salads because Im a picky beggie eater! I am starting a 40 day fast today and I cant eat nothin but fruits and vegetables, this is going to be hard, at the end of day 1 I am completely hungry! Im thinking about fasting from FB because I really want to start my diet back.
