Starting tomorrow, Monday but got weighed today.
Legs hurt in veins as so overweight.
No booze and no crisps for a while and lots of veg and fruit, plus Dave will benefit too as his diabetes is getting on top of him and he has suffered a foot ulcer.
Actual body weight 94.4kg. Required body weight 56kg. Need to lose 38.4 kg (i.e. 5 st 11 lbs).

How did I manage to lose 1lb as I have not followed any diet. Got 2 day fast book this weekend to read and follow

Aaaaggghhh - very naughty today. Think might try 2 day diet in Daily Mail. Have cut out articles and will read shortly.
