I have been a part of fat secret for a while now. I am currently at my highest weight....well actually I went up to 161 when I was pregnant, but those lbs flew right off within the first couple months. Now I am stuck. Need help and motivation!

I live with my parents and husband...and I am pretty much the only one trying to cook healthy and it's tough to try and please everyone! ANy ideas would be nice!
