Home Gym Equipment HELP!!!!
One thing to look into is adjustable dumbbells. They work great and take up less space than buying pairs upon pairs to keep up with your strength gains.

Belly Fat
I have seen low carb diets cut weight off the midsection pretty darn effectively but my personal results with it over the years have always included cardio as well. I will say dont target your abs when working out because if you grow your abs before you get the weight off, it just adds inches.

Bowflex SelectTech Weights Easy to use? Worth it?
Totally awesome investment. Takes up less space than conventional dumbbells and works just as well! They have been on my wishlist for a while and If I had enough room to set up a home gym again I would have to get them. They are fairly easy to use as well. Most times if it wont change right away, just shake them a little and it will work. Good luck!

Hi
What phase are you in? I would say no because they are made with bleached flour. Here is a link I found with the ingredient breakdown : http://www.olemexicanfoods.com/spinach-herbs-8-wraps/
All in all, the nutrition facts themselves are not bad and you could probably get away with it if you didn't eat them all the time.
