I agree with you... i do weight myself every Monday to see what i have lost for the week, BUT if i dont weight myself every morning, I would not be able to stay positive, because with the diet that i'm on again, you see a defference every morning, but normaly with children in your house i go wrong with something that i'm not aloud to eat over the weekend. So if i would only weight in once a week, then i will only see what i'm on after i picked up a little bit over the weekend and just discourage myself not to continue. I have started on Tuesday and already lost 2kg.
