I'm 26, a full time nursing student, and work during the week. I make good decisions on food most of the time but I eat too much. I always feel like I'm hungry, so I'm trying to eat heathier. It's different if you eat a plate of green beans compared to a plate of alfredo. I need to learn proper portion control and how to lower calories. I also exercise at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. I would like to expand this. Last summer I trained for a 300 mile bike ride in 3 days and completed that task! I was riding 5 to 6 hours a day but with work and school I can not do that at this time. I just bought a treadmill though and I am hoping I can fit in more time in and just stay disciplined. Whoa!
