Diet Rotation
I've been doing ATkins for about 5 weeks and am looking to change up a few things. I've lost a little over 20 lbs but I am starting to miss a few things. I just need another diet to compliment the Atkins. Sounds like South Beach or WW maybe a good bet.

Diet Rotation
Has anybody ever rotated diats? Like doing Atkins for a month, South Beach for a month, Weight Watchers ect. ect, ect?
It seems each one has it's own advantages and disadvatages. I was thinking that if you rotated, you wouldn't get bored with what you were doing and would be able to get a lot more variety.
I don't know how much this would mess with your body and your weight loss though.
Any thoughts???
