following: Rouen Y Gastric bypass Diet
performance: losing 2.6 lb a week

I weighed almost 300 lbs in January of last year. In april I had RNY Gastric bypass surgery and have lost around 120 lbs. this site is great for keeping track of what I am eating! Having a little trouble getting what I want out of it. So much for computer literacy!

skin skin and more skin
I would love to have excess skin removed. my upper thighs resemble elephant trunks, and the bat wings UGH!. BUT I am down 170 lbs, no longer have sleep apnea, diabetes, hypertension and my sarcoidosis is in complete remission. I am not crazy about the excess skin, but compared with were I was a year ago, HAPPY to BE HEALTHY! If anyone finds a burn center that would take donated skin, please let me know. Called and emailed a few in my area and never got a response. Guess skin is not a hot commodity these days!
