Hi, I live in Central Florida. 41 years old. Trying to lose 50-70 lbs. Pretty active. Work on/own a farm. But also do all of the book-keeping duties, so that leaves me sitting a lot as well. Exercise 5-6 days a week, min 30 mins to max 1hr 20 mins. Work about 50 or so hours a week.
A lot of the time it is a struggle to fit in exercise and eating right. Sometimes we don't get to eat dinner til 9pm! I know that is awful, but what to do when you're still working at 8pm, from 8am that morning? Exercise does help me feel more confident and less stressed. Things I need to work on: counting calories/keeping track of what I eat and getting up a bit earlier- I am an extreme night owl, 1-2am is normal bed time for me. I want to lose the weight to look better & be healthy. My parents both have diabetes (mom overweight, dad not) and heart issues, which I want to avoid if at all possible. I have a very loving husband who loves me no matter what my weight. I want to be the me I know is in here! :)
