I am a (new) mother of two! I just had a baby boy March 1st, and also a beautiful little 3 year old. Being on the program, nursing, night feeds, naps, staying at home, cleaning house and organizing play groups make the program more challenging - especially finding time to exercise!
I have always struggled with my weight, and its at an all time high. I have tried (with and without success) other programs such as Atkins, Jenny Craig, LA Weightloss etc. I think Weight Watchers is the easiest program to adapt to my family's lifestyle and meals etc. I am getting better at the program daily, and I like that even if I don't follow it to the absolute letter, its still possible to lose just because you are more aware!
