I am 52 years old and work 3rd shift going through menopause. It hard to stick with a eating pattern. I work 12 hour shifts 3 days a week then off 4 days then go back and work 4 days off 3 days. I flip back to normal days when I am off then try and flip back when working. It's also hard with getting the kid to school on my days off and then all the stuff at home piles up. Cleaning, laundry( my hubby usually keeps up on that) grocery shopping etc. It's very hard to get into a routine, especially eating and exercise. I do good for a time then fall off the wagon. Need some suggestion.
