All my life I have been able to eat what I want and not worry about my weight. For a long time I ate junk food everyday and thought that a box of cookies is a great dinner. I am trying to eat healthy because I have noticed that I do not feel well most of the time. I am tired, lethargic and feel sick. I want to be healthy and active again, I noticed that when I eat sugar and sweets I do not feel well and have the sugar crash. It's hard to give up chocolate but the feeling the crash after I eat it reminds me why I am making changes.
