New way to make pudding for only one point!
I had read the same thing. Someone said it came out like soup. I figured if you put Greek yogurt in soup it would thicken it, so I tried it out. It might work with plain almond milk too, but I did not have any in the house.

New way to make pudding for only one point!
Others may know this, but I made pudding last night for 1 point per serving. I used Jell-O Fat free pudding mix and instead of 2 cups milk I used 1 cup of vanilla almond milk (unsweetened) and 1/2 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt. Super creamy and yummy. Just thought I would share.

Hi, I just started Fatsecret
Hello all. I am 51 and live in Atlanta. Though I eat healthy food, for nearly 15 years I have been eating too much and doing nothing about fitness. This year I started to have some serious health issues (very high cholesterol and sleep apnea) and I am now on track. I started my new path July 24th (the day before my 51st birthday.) I have been on Weight Watchers for 4 weeks today and am exercising every day from 20-90 minutes. I do Zumba 2-3 times a week, yoga 2-3 times a week (usually 5 days total) and just do some sort of cardio at home for 20-30 minutes on the days I can't make it to class. I have lost 11 pounds so far and am really looking at this as a new way of dealing with food and exercise and not as a temporary diet. That is a first for me.
I love to cook, and have been having a good time finding ways to cook without oil or with very little oil. I am also trying to lessen the percentage of animal products my family consumes (we love meat, no vegans here, just working on percentages.) I also find I like exercising as long as there is no running. Who knew?!
