I am 33 years old. No children so no baby weight to complain about but it seems my tummy hunger is more than needed for losing the 10lbs I want to lose. I really wish I could fill up but I have trouble and I don't think these "recommended daily intake amounts" are accurate for me. It says 2,000 calories whereas my doctor said no more than 1,400 with an hour of cardio in order to lose weight. But I'm on my way and as a newlywed I have a goal in mind for sure - looking better for my husband :)
