Over Weighing yourself
I weigh everyday. I feel the same way...I stick to my diet better as well if I can see my daily progress. I think mine comes from being on HCG and was use to seeing the weight pour off and it made it exciting every morning. Weighing every morning is like having Christmas everyday...lol Some mornings you have presents and other mornings you get nothing...Don't beat yourself up! Do what makes you do your best.
