I am 35 years old and struggled with my weight since I was about 20 years old. I have two children, work full time, help my husband run his business, and run a busy household. I LOVE food, usually all the wrong stuff and too much of it.
I have just purchased a treadmill and its time to downsize. I desperately want to bring back the skinny me, and hope this will be the tool to do it!!
