FRUSTRATED
Don't lose hope. As bad as it seems right now, it could be a plateau - and once you break one you're golden. I can't offer any awesome advice 'cause I don't know your situation, but just don't turn back.
Much luck <3

Plateau's got me down.
I've been on a weight loss journey since September of last year, and after losing 31 lbs, I've found myself stuck.
I watch my calorie intake, record my exercise, and yet the scale just stays the same.
I need some motivation to push through this plateau!

What are some of your embarassing/emotional/eye opening reasons for loosing weight?
Weighing in on before I left home for my 3rd year at university and seeing 280 lbs.
I've always been big, but this was too big. I didn't want to get to a point that I knew it would be so discouraging to even think about beginning to lose weight.
I can't wait until I can feel comfortable around women thinner than me, to feel sexy for my boyfriend, and to be a positive role model for my little sister when she gets older.
