I started to seriously tackle my weight issues on 01.01.06 when I weighed 202LBS. I have since dropped to 161LBs but recently I have put on a few (Now 164) LBS so I am trying whatever I can to get my motivation back and reach my goal of 126 LBS by 12.10.07

When you say "Gazelle" are you talking about the ski type machine??
I have just brought one and I find having the television on one of the music channels and going in time to the music helps, or listening to my MP3 player.
