Salad Dressings
I always mix water with any dressing that seems too much or too thick, and you get all the flavour with half the fat and cals. Also, those salad sprizers are actually quite good ! I used that tonite on my salad... I also make sure to add some avocado, or perhaps a strong cheese (like crumbled bleu) and use that to enhance the flavour instead of any dressings. Hope that helps ! I have been making a weekly stop at Sweet Tomatoes (or Souplantation in some other areas) for lunch or sometimes dinner if the kids are off for their weekend visits) and I tease that I am their Jarod ! LOL... I love eating there, just be picky about what you put on your plate... Fill it with veggies galore and you can't go too wrong ! Wink

iTunes has 50 greatest trance songs for $9.99 (usd) and they ROCK ! Sandstorm is one of them, and a couple of others... but the longest song is like 12 minutes long or something like that ! I d/l'ed that one to my iPod, and I have some great mixes too that I found on Limewire... Apollo 100 has a song called JOY that sounds alot like Mannheim Steamroller, and rocks, and then Everyday People by Sly is always good for a cooldown... Enur has that song CALABRIA, its good too (I have the bubble version from Limewire) its the one on the commercial where the girls are dancing and getting their college dorm room ready, and Marky Mark and the funky bunch - GOOD VIBRATIONS, excellent workout jams. There is a remix from the movie BLADE - gone in 60 seconds too that is great. SafriDuo Megamix on Limewire is great !!!!!!!!! 40 minutes long ! Face the Face by Pete Townsend is a good cooldown and Steve Miller ABRACADABRA is great for warm ups Smile I feel sexy ! Very Happy Hahaha ABACAB by Genesis is EXCELLENT ! Haha, I wish we had a music comp share site to share these comps on ! LOL

OH MY GOSH !!! I just saw this post, and HAD to reply !!!!

I CAN FEEL MY SHOULDER BONES !!!! LOL !
It's AWESOME ! and my chest has gotten more sunken in instead of puffy and watery... I can *almost* see my collar bone, and my waist... wow --- I am CONCAVE ! LOL and my BUTT ! I can FEEL MY BUTT ! Not lumps and bumps (well not so much anymore at least ! HAHA)

It's so great... I love this stuff...
This is MY body and it keeps getting better and better !
YAY !

Very Happy

(oh yeah, and the pants are falling off too... that's pretty cool.) Very Happy
