I'm 24 and co-editor at a local newspaper, also starting up my own comic publishing company.
I've been in and out of Gyms and sports teams half of my life, battled against mild alcoholism, weight issues, slight health issues... a few broken bones... well, a lot of stuff. So when my life finally got some grounding I simply said "hey, why not go all out".
Been working out 2+ hours a day, 4/5 days a week for the last 5 months.
Soft dieting for 4 months, hard dieting for 1.
My routine consists of 20 min running, 1hr Body Combat class and another hour (more or less) in the weights: 3day split if cutting, strength training if bulking.
Diet consists of calorie counting; it's simple, effective and the only diet a 14+ hour workday allows comfortably.
