I walked 4 miles for an event. Then I got hungry and came back home to have half the wedge potato chips as I recorded in the chart and a cup of home style vegetable beef soup.
Around 4:15 PM, I have half cup (an ordinary coffee cup) of ice cream with sweetened strawberry.

I skipped the chocolate cookies and meat during lunch and dinner.The weather gets warmer and I didn't frequently feel hungry. I didn't eat anything after 7 PM every day.

I lack of exercises and always feel cold. I like chocolate chips and eat meet occasionally. One of my bad habit is to have snacks around midnight.
