I started the fat smash diet May 19th 2008. I have lost 5lbs so far and plan to keep going. I feel that the Fat smash diet is great for anyone who wants to lose weight, and would like to change their eating habits. Making good food choices is the most important thing, and with this diet, you don't starve. It may be a bit hard at first, but if you keep going, you will have more energy, and feel so much better about yourself.

Tofu
I actually have a recipe for tofu lettuce wraps. I got the recipe from this restaurant called The Yard house. Their's are much better, because they add fat and other dipping sauces and stuff. I use extra firm tofu, slice it into 1/2 in slics and pat dry. I season it with whatever flavor I want it to have for example you can use curry powder,or chipotle seasoning. I brown each side then cut into cubes.I put the tofu cubes back in pan and stir fry in PAM with mushrooms, cabbage, green onion etc. When veggies are tender, I use either butter lettuce or romaine hearts, and make a lettuce wrap with it. I must say, it is very good in phase one. You can add chicken or shrimp when you get to phase 2. I would eat that with a side of beans.Smile

Salad with a kick
Sounds good. You know what recipe is really good is the Asparagus with Mushroom broth and Lentils. It's in the Fat smash book for Phase 1. Soooo good.
