I am a 46 yr old mother to a 2 year old little girl and wife to a wonderful husband.
I have had weight issues since graduating college (about 180). I have never been a "thin" person, and don't want to be. I have never been under a size 12, even in junior and senior high school, so a size 10 dress is my goal.
I was at my heaviest about 10 years ago at 270. I started this year at 220, and have somehow found my way to 248 at my official weigh-in at the doctor's office this morning.
I am ready to make a definite change in my life so that I can be the healthiest me.
