Well i am 38 nearly 39 eeek!!! struggled with my weight for years.. and battled eating disorders. Had enough of feeling ill though and want this year to be a happy and healthy year for me. I have two children, a lovely hubby, a choc lab puppy who is my baby lol..and 2 mad cats..oh and a goldfish lol..phew!!! Am a friendly gal and will give my support to anyone, and i like a good giggle too. I believe laughter is great therapy ;). I have gone through alot of things in my life.. some really bad.. some not too bad lol...but have suffered stresses however i do try and laugh and be quite positive about life no matter what is chucked at me.

Anyway enough of my waffling. A big hello to you all. And may 2010 bring happiness to you all. xxxxx

Naughty Naughty!!!
starting all over again as just been utterly lazy and naughty gaining over half a stone..in total since last summer ive probs crept up by a stone. Not happy and needs nipping in the bud asap! So my promise to myself is that im going to do it properly and to look after my health. Ive had alot going on.. seeing counsellors, and referred to a physchiatric as i may be bipolar, so i need to tackle my body also. As they say healthy body, equals healthy mind.Smile Would love a buddy or some support, and i promise i will give my support back.

Wink Hi everyone i am new to the site and just wanted to say a big hello and a Happy New Year to you all. Am looking for buddies to share tips with ..have a gab and a giggle and to support one another. Have battled eating disorders for a long time now but have decided i need to get a grip and just try and be sensible. I am following the weight watchers diet as i find this one works for me. I only want to loose a stone ..not that much i guess.. however i want to loose that so i feel happy in myself. Am 38 (coming up 39!! eeek lol)..have 2 children, and i am married to a gorgous man who i love to bits. Have a choc lab puppy who is mad as a hatter and my best friend, and 2 cats who are also bonkers lol. xxxxxxxxxxxx So if you want to add me then please do. Smile. xxxxSmile
