I am the mother of two wonderful children and the wife of a fabulous hubby. Ten years ago I was at 125lbs when I became pregnant with my first child - I left the delivery room weighing 160 and have never been below that since. In 2006 the scale started to slowly creep upwards - my weight gain wasn't overnight, it took years for me to reach my current 200lbs therefore I'm willing to commit to a lifestyle change to be healthier even if it takes awhile. I plan to use calorie-counting, trial and error to improve not only my life, but the lives of my family as I become more active and energetic.
