Here it comes...
After eating like an idiot over the holidays, today I am tightening up again. The hunger has just hit me... the challenge for this week will be to stick to the plan and to ignore that hunger that is coming only as a result of binging for 3 weeks. I am trying to use this annoying nag for positive and drinking water to drown it away. This will hopefully keep me from snacking and overeating and in turn, get me get to proper water consumption levels.

Is the weather an important factor?
But you stoked my curiosity so I went to "ask.com" got a bunch of mixed answers but seems like the more credible responses leaned towards "you burn more calories in the hot weather than in the cold however when resting in cold temperatures you burn more calories than in hot." lol hope this helps a little!

Is the weather an important factor?
Seems to me that you may burn a few more calories running in cold weather than warm. Check out this article:
