I started dieting in Jan 2008 due to having been told I had high cholesterol. When I started I weighted 246. Since then I got down to 174 In july of this year but have since been not watching it and got back up to 191.2 as of today when I decided I need to try and get back on track. Hopefully once and for all I can get down to my goal weight of 165. Have never been at that anytime in my adult life so it would be a milestone for me and something I am striving for.
