I am now tracking my workouts better and incorporating thirty minutes of cardio then 45 minutes of weight training. I am really trying not to cheat but I am my own worst enemy. Keeping my hopes up though.

Today was a rough day in the fact of eating things I know I shouldn't if I really want to get the wight off of me. I need to have the motivation to get out of bed in the morning a go workout instead of saying that I am too tired or whatever excuse I come up with at the time.

AM Physical fitness routine was 15-minutes eliptical machine and 15-minutes on the stationary bike. I also did 110lbs on bench press machine.
Afternoon PT was 15-minutes eliptical and flatbench press 135lbs (two sets = first set 10 reps/ 2nd rep 8 reps)....then I did leg extensions (Single leg...22lbs) 5 sets 10 reps each. Leg curls same....finished out with 100 crunches on floor.
