Hey Everyone, Just a bit about myself. My name is Michele and I am married to a wonderful man (Joe). We've been married for 12 great years and we are looking at many more years. I have 2 sons 17 & 20 (Steven & Cody) and a 2 year old German Shepherd (Firecracker). I recently had a major health scare with some chest pain that has really made me sit back and think. This is my wake up call, it is way past time to lose this weight, get in shape and get healthy.
I am going to count calories and move more!

Do any of you eat Protein Bars on occassion or regular basis?
I have a protein bar for my midmorning and afternoon snack. I eat the Luna bars.....love them!! My favorite is peppermint stick....lol They run around 180 calories and are made by women for women. They are also 70% organic. We don't have breaks except for lunch at our office and are not allowed to eat at our desk so I can fit the protein bars in quickly while getting some water in the break room.

Salad's & Protein Bars
Hey Everyone,
I have a couple of questions for you. How do you all input your salads? Do you just put in each ingredient or the salad as a whole?
Can anyone recommend a good protein bar?

Yep, I totally agree BeagleDad. I snack so much healthier if I have acceptable snacks ready to go. It would also be nice for hubby to know whats for supper on nights that he gets home before me.
