Holding steady at 157, which is a little depressing but I'm determined to "hang in there." Walked one mile before the phone rang (work) and the rest is history. Took my vitamins and drinking lots of water.

Day 1: 158.2 lbs. My goal weight is 135 lbs. but hope to lose at least 18 more lbs. before the Fourth of July!
I am at my 5th week of the Induction Phase Atkins Diet. Next week I plan to move to OWL, including berries into my diet.
I miss milk and cereal but Atkin's Shakes are a wonderful substitute! There are numerous possibilites with shakes. Sometimes I have 1/2 shake and 1/2 coffee. I also add Sugar Free/Calorie and Carb Free Kaluha coffee flavoring. Wow! Yummy! Or, I add crushed ice and blend to make a thicker frozen shake.
Use avacados in place of mayo in tuna and other recipes to incorporate your veggie carbs.
