C'mon. You are gaining weight because you aren't eating right and drinking too much beer. Need to get back in the gym 5 days a week and find something active to do on the weekends. NO MORE BEER. And stop drinking during the week. Might be time to seriously consider cutting out all drinking for the month of november. If you try REALLY hard you MIGHT be able to get back down to 170 before Dec 1st. Make sure you are bringing your workout clothes to work everyday and go get on the elliptical on lunch break EVERY DAY - no excuses! And it might be good to get back to jogging with the dog after you get home / before dinner. Tell Holly you need to eat more salads and less bad meals. AND NO MORE SECOND HELPINGS. Start skipping desserts altogether - you can make it a month or two without ice cream! CMON!!!
