So proud of you, Mikey. Keep up the good work. Sticking with this diet has been MUCH easier than I thought. Going to need to step up the workouts, more intense cardio, start doing weights a couple times a week, if you want to keep making progress in March. Can't even remember the last time I had a beer...thank god for vodka and scotch!
