I joined this site to keep track of all my bad habits!!! I need to be healthier. Last year I lost 10 lbs, mostly due to working too much and not taking time out to eat. I work retail and have a four year old daughter. I rarely find time to work out. I'm hoping that I will find inspiration here.

Favorite Jeans
Ann Taylor Stores also have a curvy fit Jean!!! It's awesome! Just keep in mind you need to buy them a little tight because they stretch as you wear them. I own 3 pair!

Food Diary: how do YOU use it?
I use mine to ensure I'm not skipping meals. Last year I remember going a full day and forgetting to eat. Life was too busy. This has helped me to be more aware of how many calories I'm taking in.....or not. I also found that if I skipped meals I would allow my self to eat unhealthy foods to catch up. It's a horrible habit to get into.

Anyone else have the fat secret app on their mobile phone?
I found the app first on my iPad. Search for calorie counter by fatsecret. It'll take you right to the app. The app is what directed me to the website. It's easy for me to update. It's what I do right before I go to bed. I don't have an iPhone so I'm still learning how to use my iPad correctly. I haven't been able to figure out how to change my image or upload photos in this app. If you figure it out will you let me know?

Goal Weights
I don't really know why I picked my goal weight. I would most likely look way too thin if I hit 110. My main goal is to become active and build muscle to replace the fat. I may be thin, but I still have some major dimples on my thighs and butt. My body will most likely never look the same after I had my daughter, but it's worth a try. Last year I lost the last 10 lbs of baby weight by cutting out my daily Dr. Pepper and I was promoted. My new position has me running around like crazy and I just haven't taken care of myself. This year I want to focus on my mental and physical health. If I hit 110 naturally and by doing the right things then so be it. If not at least I know I'm teaching my daughter good habits.
