I've been careful of how much & what I eat. Also I've been exercising just not tracking lately. Overall, things are going good. Today is Thanksgiving & I'm confident I can manage my portions. Happy Turkey Day everyone!

Well, after my scale making me crazy the past week, I've decided to restart my diet on here with my starting weight a bit higher. I may just have to start weighing myself weekly in the morning at my gym because at this point I do NOT trust my scale!

Okay, so it's day 2 of better eating & day 3 of exercise. Yesterday I was getting very irritable which I'm guessing is due to my drastic change in diet. I'm not getting near as much sugar as usual & I'm ignoring my cravings. Success! My scale already shows me down 1 pound & I know I'm not supposed to weigh often but I couldn't help but check on my progress. Tonight will be a challenge since it's potluck Mexican food at church...I LOVE Mexican food!
