So I am not mad, three pounds during my birthday week. Several nights of drinking (heavily, not proud of that but it is what happened), cake and appetizers at my party. I was able to eat one full slice of cake and that was it. I also made adjustments to my favorite party snacks, spinach and beer dip, by replacing full fat ingredients with fat free or reduced fat ones. I have not felt hungry and I think having my weekly menu on the fridge is working well. I was down many more pounds earlier this week and know I did not eat enough to gain back weight so the water must be hiding somewhere. Here is to week two!

What is it going to take for me to stick with it? I need to find that motivation but it is hard to come by. I need the support of my buddies, even though I have dropped off the face of the earth and not been there for them!
